Before purchasing any consumable items from Plain Jane you must sign to join our Private Member Association that is free of charge and just allows you to exercise your right to choose the foods you purchase and consume.

This allows us to sell our farm fresh foods and goods in accordance with the terms of our Membership Agreement and not government regulations.

A PMA (Private Membership Association) allows individuals to exercise their

Constitutional rights to freedom of association and the right to privacy under the First, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments.

A PMA has the right to operate privately, in accordance with terms and conditions agreed upon by the association, contained in the Articles and Bylaws, through contractual agreement, rather than in accordance with government regulations.

This allows the members the liberty and freedom to participate or partake in an activity or business of which they believe they have a right to, unhindered by governmental authority.

By agreeing to sign and purchasing goods from the companies within the Plain Jane building, you are agreeing to partake in the PMA, free Plain Jane and its companies from being liable for consuming these goods, and get to exercise your right to choose your foods freely!
